Full refund:
If the cancellation request is made within 14 days of the Effective Date, the Client is eligible for a full refund of the fees paid.
Partial refund:
If the cancellation request is made after 14 days of the Effective Date but before the completion of 50 percent of the Services, the Client may be eligible for a partial refund, which will be 50 percent of the overall total amount.
d. Refunds will be processed within 30 days of the approved refund request and issued using the original payment method.
